Food is powerful, it can take us on a journey with the aromas, tastes, textures, colours and flavours.  It can transport us to far flung places, memories and times.  I have always been inspired by food, the wealth of tradition, history, culture and celebration that shapes our lifestyle.

When the opportunity came up to take on Devour Catering from Nadine, I knew it was the right fit.  Having worked for Nadine over the last 3 years I have seen firsthand the effort, passion and genuine care that goes into catering for our client’s celebrations.  She has been a fantastic inspiration and mentor to me, I’m honored to be a part of Devour’s journey.   I intend to continue the excellent service, incredible food and attention to detail that has set Devour apart since its beginnings in 2010.

My own food journey started with my Mum’s inventive and delicious home cooking, and working in the hospitality industry from the age of 15.  I discovered different cuisines, methods and ingredients whilst living in the French alps and travelling through Europe and Asia.  From eating wild boar ragu in a mountain refuge, weird and wonderful pintxos in San Sebastian, to incredible dishes at road side stalls in Thailand, food provides so much entertainment and enjoyment; it is a pillar of my life.

My desire is to capture that passion, to add fresh seasonal touches and your personal ideas together with warm and professional service to ensure a complimentary fit for your celebration.  Please contact me to discuss options!
