flavours and allowing each flavour to shine: in order to do that we only use absolutely fresh ingredients. We have sourced
suppliers of hormone free meat and eggs and locally grown produce from passionate artisans and farmers.
Ella Bailey - Your head chef
Think back to the finest meal you have ever eaten. I bet you are thinking of something really simple. For me it was snapper
and kahawai I caught on a long line with my dad. We grilled the fish over a fire on the beach with coriander and a squeeze
of lemon. As a chef, my aim is to find the best way to make each ingredient sing. I learned my craft working in some of the
world’s top restaurants in London, Sydney and Canada and now enjoy using my expertise and lifetime love affair with food
to work with Nadine at Devour Catering.
Nadine Bailey - Your personal liason and front of house manager
I take great personal pride in listening carefully to our customers. I am a highly organised person and will go to great lengths
to ensure your event runs smoothly and is tailored perfectly to your needs. Working in the hospitality industry gives me
enormous pleasure. I love the satisfaction of coordinating and overseeing an event up to the happy conclusion.
Growing up on a farm I have always been interested in the provenance of food and much of the food on my table at home
comes from my own garden. Coupled with my desire to provide a warm and professional customer service makes for the
perfect job working with Ella at Devour Catering.
