She was professional, easy to contact, and worked around any deviations to the catering (such as last minute RSVP changes) with the utmost professionalism. We can’t thank her enough. The food on the day was stunning. One of the highlights was the glorious cheese boards provided- a special basket of goodies was even created for our bridal party while we took photos, which was very welcome! She catered for all of the dietary requirements of our guests, no matter how difficult, and our guests were raving about the quality of the food the next day. We especially enjoyed the beetroot risotto cakes- they were divine- so many people mentioned how delicious these were to us! The service staff were excellent and attentive.
